3. Processing and Shipping Times
The items you ordered will be shipped directly to you from our manufacturing facility.
Manufacturing (Processing) Time: After your order is confirmed, we typically manufacture the product within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery time: After manufacturing is complete, the following number of days will be required.
United States: 3 to 6 business days
Europe: 2–5 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 2–5 business days
Japan: 2–4 business days In total, delivery from order placement to arrival at your location typically takes approximately 4–11 business days. ※Delivery may be delayed beyond the above timeframe due to stock availability, peak seasons, or international circumstances.
4. About Tracking Services
All orders include tracking service. Once your item ships, we'll send an email with the tracking number. You can check the delivery status in real time via the link in the email.
5. Customs Duties and Taxes (International Shipping)
For international shipments, depending on the destination country or region, additional charges such as customs duties, import consumption tax, and customs clearance fees may apply in addition to the product price. 7. Regarding Delivery Address Changes and Cancellations
Change of shipping address: Please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once production of the item begins, the address cannot be changed.
Order Cancellation: Since production begins immediately after your order is placed, cancellations are not possible.
